Tasting note
The bouquet on the nose is intense and complex: nutty aromas combined with exotic fruit notes, then stone fruit, which sometimes manifests itself as greenish, unripe mani-as well as flowers and subtle notes of vanilla. It has character, personality and offers a lot on the palate as well as in the lingering fruity finale. The perlage is finely integrated. Residual sugar 7/8 gr/lt.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, crustaceans, poultry, veal, hard cheeses (e.g. Gruyere, Sbrinz) - and côte-de-boeuf.
