Tasting note
Light, straw-yellow color with densely woven perlage. The bouquet is reminiscent of peach, pineapple and vanilla beans mixed with subtle notes of barrel butter. Pleasant mouthfeel on the palate, balanced and creamy and with a delicate mineral content. Residual sugar 4/5 gr
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, poultry, thick soups and asparagus such as baccalà alla trevisana, tripe soup, pasta e fagioli.
