Vinification
Vinification details: Franciacorta Essence Rosé, the ideal combination of elegant Chardonnay with the fruit of Pinot Noir. The skilful blend of Chardonnay with the pink-pressed Pinot Noir gives the wine content, good structure and a balanced tannin content. The wine ages on the lees for at least 30 months, after disgorgement, for a further 5 - 6 months in the bottle.
