Tasting note
A fresh sparkling wine supported by lively acidity. Notes of lime, granny smith and other yellow fruits, with a spicy cedar wood note.

Vinification
Aging of the base wine in stainless steel tanks, then the second fermentation in the bottle. The Muratori Brut stays on the yeast for at least 18 months.
