About the wine
Satèn” is a registered term for a type of sparkling wine in Franciacorta, and means sociel such as “velvety” or “silky.” It is characterized by a slightly lower pressure, which gives it a softer feel, and is pressed as Blanc de Blanc and always as Brut.

Tasting note
Inviting fruity nose, with aromas of apricot and white stone fruits. Plus a floral note of chamomile. On the palate, with fine, elegant perlage.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, sushi and poultry.
Vinification
100% Chardonnay. Remains on the yeast for at least 24 months before disgorgement.
