About the wine
First produced by Ca' del Bosco in 1978. There is a little secret in the scent of fine perlage: at the time of the tirage, when sugar and yeast are added to the base wine to start the second fermentation on the bottle, the Satén receives less sugar than the other Franciacorta normally. A long period of refinement so that the creamy elegance and softness are revealed in every bottle. Delicious as an aperitif, an excellent wine for entertainment.
