Franciacorta Brut Rosé DOCG - Majolini

After harvesting, the grapes (Pinot Noir) are kept in a maximum of 18 kg boxes, stemmed and placed in a cold maceration tub at 5°C for 6-8 hours. This is followed by light pressing and fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine is refined by the yeast in the bottle for 24 months.
