An elegant sparkling wine that is lively and fresh with its fine perlage and aromas of citrus fruits, apples and a touch of brioche. So it's no surprise that Decanter awarded this Franciacorta 95 out of 100 points!

Tasting note
Color: Straw gling with greenish-golden reflections. Fine, persistent perlage. Bouquet: yeast notes, fine fruit notes. bread crust and dried fruit. almonds, hazelnuts and dried figs. Palate: Spicy aromas, fruits and nuts. Fine, elegant body.
Culinary recommendation
Suitable for any aperitif and also as a food companion.
Vinification
After bottle fermentation, the Franciacorta remains on the lees for 18 months. Ageing and maturation take about 25 months.
