Tasting note
Franciacorta Brut is a fine, brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, it is characterized by fresh fruit aromas and floral notes. Full-bodied on the palate with fine perlage and pleasant freshness. Tasting finale with a harmonious overall impression.

Vinification
After the high-quality Chardonnay grapes have been gently pressed, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is then bottled, where the second fermentation takes place on the lees for 18 months. After removal of the yeast (disgorging), the necessary dosage is added to the wine.
