Tasting note
This spumante with a rather fine perlage, a fruity aroma that is underlined with notes of yeast, nuts and flowers, is one of the best that Italy has to offer in this regard. The subtle dosage (9 g/l), the fruity structure and the fine bubbly mousse leave a very positive sensory impression on the palate as well as in the lingering finish. With this spumante, a comparison with the great models of France is not absurd, because the quality can more than just keep up with many of them.
