About the wine
The first wines have been produced since 2000. With increasing professionalization and the construction of a new wine cellar, it was possible to increase figures and quality. today grow up 10 hectares, an annual production volume of 95,000 bottles.

Tasting note
The Spumante Brut, in which the different characteristics of the terroir blend harmoniously, is created from a classic cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero. Pale yellow with green reflections. It has a fine, long-lasting perlage and is fresh, racy, tasty and elegant.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Franciacorta Brut DOCG goes well with crustaceans, fish dishes and aperitifs. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the sparkling wine is slightly chilled 6°-8°C.
