Tasting note
On the nose, elegant aromas of ripe pears, citrus fruits and fine floral notes develop, accompanied by a touch of brioche. On the palate, a fine-pearled mousse that unfolds harmoniously and delicately, while the succulent drinking flow turns into a long-lasting, minarlic finish. A characterful, expressive Blanc de Blancs from Franciacorta.

Vinification
Produced using the classic bottle fermentation method, this Franciacorta matures on the yeast for at least 48 months, giving it its characteristic fineness and depth.
