Tasting note
Satèn Brut shows a fine, persistent perlage and aromas of peach blossoms, citrus fruits, honey and hazelnuts. An elegant wine with a lovely aftertaste.

Goes well with aperitif, fish, cheese
Vinification
Bellavista sparkling wines are produced using the “traditional method”, i.e. in bottle fermentation. Some of the wine is aged in barriques for eight months. After bottling, it stays on the yeast for at least 30 months. The cuvée will be released for sale after four years at the earliest.
