Tasting note
The delicately sparkling Rosé Brut smells of white peaches, wild berries, citrus fruits, rose hips and a touch of toast. A fresh treat with lovely persistence.

Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, mild cheese, fish, antipasti
Vinification
The base wine, consisting of 63% Chardonnay and 37% Pinot Noir, is aged at 38% in 228L pieces and 52% in steel tanks. After assembly, bottle fermentation takes place on the yeast for 48 months. After disgorgement, 180 bottles are aged before this Franciacorta goes on sale.
