Tasting note
The Fore Estate Reserve Blend Paso Robles MO, Limited Release's refreshing bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper will resolutely and consciously impress your taste buds. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which harmoniously develops its lively structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with steak, beef fillet, grilled lamb and pork, brasato and pasta dishes.
Vinification
Aging for 20 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
