About the wine
The Foradori winery was built in 1901 and has been owned by the Foradori family since 1939. Elisabetta Foradori, the biodynamic pioneer, vinified her first vintage in 1984. In 2002, the winery was converted to biodynamics and is now considered a model company. By now, the next generation is already at the helm, with Emilio, Theo and Myrtha. Nowadays, not only is wine produced, but also vegetables and Elisabetta even produces its own cheese. The winery should be a closed circle and the various activities should be mutually beneficial.

Vinification
Selective harvest by hand, each plot at its own optimal time. Fermented separately in cement tanks, then cut and aged for 12 months in wooden barrels and cement.
