Tasting note
The muscat vine is characterized by its unmistakable, aromatic character. The floral, slightly scented aromas of roses, geraniums and verveine are typical of this variety. Voluptuous, concentrated, yet light, round and delicate on the palate. Perfect for dessert after the menu!
Vinification
The grapes stay on the mash for 6 hours, then they are pressed. Before the must begins fermentation, wine distillate is added to it in order to obtain the natural sweetness. The sweet wine ages in steel tanks for 1 year, then it is blended with other vintages, which is why there is no vintage on the bottle. After 2 to 4 months of aging in the bottle, the Moscatel Oro comes onto the market.
