Tasting note
Light purple in color. Expressive on the nose, fresh wild berry fruit, well integrated with elegant floral notes; on the palate it starts off attractive and develops into a medium-bodied wine with silky tannins. It is a seductive wine with a balanced, fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, grills, pasta and pizza.
Vinification
The grapes are selected, stemmed and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging also in steel tanks.
