Tasting note
Rich ruby red with purple reflections. Very aromatic and fragrant on the nose, ripe red berries, raspberries, strawberries, floral notes, subtle spiciness. Smooth on the palate with silky tannins, refreshing acidity and rich fruitiness.

Goes well with veal, cold platters
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation followed by expansion in steel tanks.
