About the wine
The slate, calcareous soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. With the delicious Fleurie AC, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
The first impression on the nose: ripe, sweet berry fruit. This impression is then complemented by a complex, processed aroma. A successful start for a typical, classic Gamay from the most famous wine-growing community in the Cru Beaujolais region: Fleurie. With its fruity, profound structure and balanced substance, this fine fleurie also impresses on the palate. The finale is consistent, persistent and harmonious. It is a Joseph Drouhin that conveys real drinking pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat pies, soft cheeses and roast veal.

Aged for 7 - 8 months in pièce (French oak barrel with a capacity of 228 liters)
