Fleur de Miraval is the result of an exceptional partnership between the Pitt family (Miraval), the Perrin family (Château de Beaucastel) and Rodolphe Péters (Champagne Pierre Péters). Together, they created an exclusive rosé champagne, which is presented as a multi-year cuvée numbered by edition. A gastronomic companion that enhances every culinary experience.

Tasting note
The cuvée of old Chardonnay grapes and young Pinot Noir grapes fascinates with sparkling notes of red currants and red raspberries. Chardonnay grapes give it its slightly mineral and salty note. Each Miraval bottle is specially painted to protect the delicate champagne from sunlight until the moment the bottle is opened.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, oysters, fish and poultry.
Vinification
Cuvée from 13 vintages, including 75% reserve wines, aged on lees for around 3 years. Limited to 13,000 bottles. Disgorged in April 2022, dosage between 4 and 6 g/l.
