About the wine
Flein Fizz by Kellerei Kurtatsch is a lively, alcohol-free white grape juice made from Solaris, Moscato, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Tasting note
In the glass, Flein Fizz is presented in bright straw yellow. The aroma combines fresh grapes, apple blossoms and citrus fruits. Refined acidity and delicate sweetness refresh the palate. Aromatically complex yet light-footed.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a glass of wine and is unbeatable as a non-alcoholic aperitif.
Vinification
Alpine-continental climate with Mediterranean influence, 500-1,150 m above sea level, steep vineyards, sandy and gravel soils, rich and dolomite. Very gentle pressing with only 50% yield, stored in compliance with the cold chain, carbonated, cold filled and gently pasteurized.
