Tasting note
A playful bouquet with elegant notes of black berries and a wonderful smoky note. Fruity start with fantastic roasted aromas that reflect the aging in oak barrels. A strong Pinot Noir with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal, beef, lamb, Bündner specialities and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from the Uris vineyard. 12 months of aging in French barriques, 50% new wood content and only very slight filtration.
