About the wine
The wine god Bacchus must be kind to Christian Hermann: He is completely satisfied with the quality of his grapes. On a total of 4.3 hectares, he grows mainly Pinot Noir, but also Chardonnay in Fläsch, in the Bündner Herrschaft. In doing so, he likes to measure himself against the standard of the flagship areas of his main grape varieties, Burgundy. Since his first vintage in 1990, he has consistently pursued two goals with his work in the vineyard and in the cellar: His wines should be strong characters and there is no compromise when it comes to quality.

Tasting note
Das Bouquet des Flascher Pinot Noir Reserve von Pilzen und Karamellbonbon zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Noten von Himbeere, Kirsche und Vanille gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-17°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Flascher Pinot Noir Reserve harmoniert bestens mit Käse, Lachs und rotem Fleisch.
