About the wine
The wine god Bacchus must be kind to Christian Hermann: He is completely satisfied with the quality of his grapes. On a total of 4.3 hectares, he grows mainly Pinot Noir, but also Chardonnay in Fläsch, in the Bündner Herrschaft. In doing so, he likes to measure himself against the standard of the flagship areas of his main grape varieties, Burgundy. Since his first vintage in 1990, he has consistently pursued two goals with his work in the vineyard and in the cellar: His wines should be strong characters and there is no compromise when it comes to quality.

Tasting note
Black berries and currants dominate the wonderful bouquet. Typical Pinot Noir aroma. Powerful and elegant at the same time with fine tannins. Distinctive fruit right into the long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal and pork dishes, poultry and Bündner specialities.
