About the wine
The grapes come from the hinterland of Šibenik, from the Jadratovac vineyard. Deep ruby red and concentrated fruit. The distinctive and beautiful scent of dark cherry, marasca cherry and plum develops according to the spicy scents and notes of oak wood. Pleasantly accentuated acids characteristic of Babić. Velvety and beautifully blended tannins give this wine life. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 18 months and has great aging potential.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, lamb, grilled meats and fresh hard cheese
Vinification
After careful harvesting, the grapes are crushed and fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine then matures for 18 months in used French and Slavonian barriques.
