Tasting note
Youthful ruby red with purple reflections. Tempting, fresh notes of red fruits, sour cherries and currants. Light-footed on the palate and well supported by a pleasantly juicy structure. Drinking when young is most enjoyable.

Goes well with antipasti and primi piatti.
Vinification
After harvesting and squeezing the grapes, they are crushed, fermented in steel tanks and then aged in them. Short aging in bottle.
