Tasting note
Impenetrable ruby red - extremely complex nose with spicy notes and elegant, not overripe fruit. Absolute on the palate too and rightly rated an outstanding 95 points by Tim Atkin. Extremely balanced and harmonious, aristocratic and polished without appearing kitschy, yet perfectly reflecting the conditions of the cooler vintage. Just great!
