Tasting note
Primitivo del Salento IGP made from slightly dried grapes. Aged in barriques for 12 months. Full bouquet with aromas of slightly dried black berries. The soft tannins and the dense fruit give this wine a round, rich texture. Intense, pleasantly spicy, with a long aftertaste.

Delicious with pasta dishes with tomato and meat sauces, red meat and game.
