Tasting note
Color: bright red with purple reflections Fragrance: very intense and fruity on the nose, with the scent of faded flowers that with sweet notes of candied fruit and Connect black mulberry. Taste: dry, warm and persistent characterized by a soft tannin.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal aperitif wine when served at 12°-14°C, and with a platter of charcuterie and cheese. It is also a surprising accompaniment to smoked tuna and seafood pizza.
