About the wine
With the first-class Fine Mavroudi, which was produced in 2019, you will certainly have a lot of fun. The winemaker from the Greek winery Anatolikos Vineyards grows this wine in the countryside in Macedonia.

Tasting note
Bright deep purple color, intense and complex bouquet earthy discreet animality as it is dematerialized, releases a complex bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, cedar, dried plum and fig, pine honey, coffee and cocoa, roasted almonds and spices. Soft tannins, balanced acidity, lots of fruit, complex and exuberant aftertaste.

Vinification
Cryo-extraction before fermentation and long fermentation with local yeasts at controlled temperature and pressing the pomace by hand. Aging in its thin yeast for 18 months in French oak barrels.
