Tasting note
Impenetrable purple On the nose, intense fruit aromas of small dark berries, blackberries and black cherries as well as notes of mocha, dark chocolate and roasted wood. On the palate, notes of dark berries, violets and cherry liqueur as well as fine roasted aromas. An intense, long-lasting finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with smoked meats, mushrooms, risotto
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged in new French barriques for 14 months.
