Tasting note
Wine with a greenish-yellow color. Distinctive verdejo nose with medium intensity, notes of fennel, fine herbs, white flowers, pears and peaches. Fresh, oily and very soft mouthfeel with a long, round finish. Balanced acidity and very long storage on fine lees help the wine stay fresh over time and retain all its aromatic complexity. It is a wine that does not so much want to explode on the nose, but rather has a complex, elegant and varietal character.

Goes well with fish, shellfish, white meats, ham, pasta, poultry or cold meats.
