Tasting note
This white Rioja from the “Finca la Nevera” location embodies the particular Atlantic character of this vineyard. The north-facing vineyard is located at an altitude of over 800 meters and has sandy soils, which offer the best conditions for growing Maturana Blanca. Fresh, structured and complex wine, storable. A clean and shiny wine, of great intensity on the nose, which increases during oxidation. Vertical in the mouth, voluminous and particularly mineral.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, fried fish, fish soup, crustaceans and cheese.
Vinification
Aging in barriques for 10 months.
