Tasting note
It is dark ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, an aromatic potpourri of black fruits, blackberries, spices and Provençal herbs delights. On the palate, the wine is velvety, expressive and round, with lots of dark fruit aromas, sweet spicy notes, juicy acidity and polished tannins. A full-bodied meal companion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, barbecues, pizza, pasta, Provençal dishes.
Vinification
“After harvesting, the grapes are fermented at cool temperatures and aged separately in steel tanks. After a few months of maturing, the assemblage takes place. The “Filou & Loustic” is certified organic and vegan.”
