Light straw yellow. Rich and complex on the nose with aromas of citrus fruits, white pepper and herbs, complemented by a fine note of dried fruit from wood aging. Elegant and balanced on the palate with fine structure, sophisticated texture and remarkable length. A wine with the character and expression of the hills. Ideal as an aperitif and with light pasta dishes, fish and vegetables.
