Oder entspannt kochen, z.B. ein feines Zanderfilet mit Zitronenbutter? Wir wollten einen Weisswein haben, der ohne Umschweife für den perfekten Feierabend sorgt. Diese frischfruchtige Cuvée der Schweizer Erfolgskellerei von Salis liefert genau das. Tschau Arbeit, sali Fiirabig!

Tasting note
Aromatic, a small fruit bomb, droppy and with a bit of mango, slightly exotic. In the mouth, more floral nuances, fresh acidity, beautifully dry, light and slender. The perfect wine for an aperitif!
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for aperitifs and light appetizers.
Vinification
Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes are carefully and extremely selectively harvested by hand in crates. In the cellar, the grapes are gently stripped and put on the press. There, they are carefully pressed. The resulting must is clarified naturally and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at around 18°C. The young wines then spend some time on the fine lees. At the beginning of the new year, you taste the individual batches and create the cuvee accordingly. After making the wine, we leave it on the fine yeast for some time. It is then carefully filtered and bottled in spring.
