Tasting note
Bright yellow, spicy on the nose, floral. Exciting palate with notes of honey and wild flowers. Round white wine from the autochthonous Fiano variety. Fermented on their own wild yeasts. The biodynamic wine does not contain any added sulphites. (Nature wine)
