Tasting note
This white wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, complex and elegant aromas of ripe pears and citrus fruits develop, accompanied by fine notes of honey, acacia flowers and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and mineral with exceptional aromatic persistence. This wine has remarkable aging potential and continues to develop its complexity over many years.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with risotto, fish tartare, seafood and sophisticated fish dishes as well as with white meats.
