With the fine Fiano di Avellino DOCG from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Di Marzo is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the magnificent and picturesque countryside of Campania.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections. Fresh and intense nose of lime, passion fruit, pear and jasmine. Despite the intense fruit, it is very straight and fresh on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, raw fish, light appetizers.
Vinification
After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine remains on the lees for six months. In some cases, it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
