About the wine
At an altitude of 750 meters, lies the heart of Contrada Feudo di Mezzo, a region known for some of Etna's finest wines. Mount Etna rises majestically over the landscape, as if to monitor and protect the vineyards that stretch along its slopes. The north side in particular is considered the most suitable location for the production of outstanding red wines.

Tasting note
The Nerello Mascalese grapes for this red wine grow on the northern slope of Etna at 750 meters above sea level. Complex and intense bouquet of ripe cherries, blackberries, pepper and licorice. Fresh and harmonious on the palate with well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with mushrooms and hearty meat dishes.
