Tasting note
Intense, deep red with garnet reflections. On the nose, notes of ripe red berries such as blackberry, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by violets and fine hints of tobacco and vanilla due to aging in oak barrels. Soft and juicy on the palate with elegant tannins, excellent structure and long-lasting presence. Ideal with aged cheese, sausages, pasta with meat sauce, grilled red meat and baked fish.
