Tasting note
Deep ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of currant, wild strawberry and pomegranate. Soft and velvety on the palate, with distinct freshness and fruitiness. Great with pizza, risotto, gratinated pasta, lamb, grilled dishes and spicy cheese. Particularly harmonious with typical Sicilian dishes such as pasta alla norma, roasted vegetables and smoked ricotta dishes.
