About the wine
Grillo — also known as Riddu — is Sicily's most famous white grape variety. Once used to produce Marsala and Julius Caesar's favorite wine, Mamertino di Messina, it now shows its full potential as a fresh, characterful white wine. The Feudo Arancio Grillo smells intensely of citrus fruits, white flowers and a touch of exoticism. Lively, balanced and with a fruity aftertaste.

Tasting note
Deep straw yellow. On the nose, a fruity-tropical aroma with notes of mango and papaya, harmoniously complemented by jasmine and wild flowers. Balanced and harmonious on the palate with fine acidity and good length. Ideal with seafood, pasta, grilled poultry and oven-baked fish. The aromatic richness of the Grillo grape goes particularly well with summer dishes such as veal carpaccio with celery and strawberries.
