Tasting note
The glass is light lemon yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense with notes of ripe stone fruits, such as apricot and peach, as well as exotic fruits, such as passion fruit, pineapple and mango. There are also aromas of white flowers and freshly cut grass. Refreshing on the palate and with a velvety texture.

Cheese, light dishes, aperitif, fish
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and are followed by cold maceration for 6 hours. Pressing is carried out at night to benefit from lower temperatures. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
