Tasting note
The glass is light lemon yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intense with aromas of passion fruit, mango, gooseberries and lime zest. Voluminous and intense on the palate, yet refreshing.

Cheese, light dishes, vegetarian dishes, aperitif
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and are followed by cold maceration for 6 hours. Pressing is carried out at night to benefit from lower temperatures. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
