About the wine
The Vétroz Les Terrasses is a modern Fendant that is also recognized internationally. He has also already won the coveted Chasselas Cup. In 1896, Urbain Germanier cellars his first harvest in Balavaud. Today, Jean-René Germanier and Gilles Besse-Germanier, in the third and fourth generations, continue to cultivate the family tradition in terms of authenticity and quality.

Tasting note
Brilliant greenish yellow. The bouquet contains fine citrus fruit, green apple, lime blossom and flint. The elegant structure and tasty character create a pleasant harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif. It also goes well with fish dishes, cheese specialties and other light dishes.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
