Tasting note
Glittering golden yellow, with a fine string of pearls. Citrus fruit notes, biscuit and toast bread aromas that turn into scents of yellow flowers and fruits (vineyard peach, apricot, quince). Enchanting hazelnut aromas framed by floral scents of honeysuckle, which are quickly dominated by a delicate taste of yellow fruit peel.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Pata Negra ham with melon, lobster “Prince Vladimir”, caviar.
