Tasting note
Müller-Thurgau from the third highest vineyard in Europe. In the color pale green to light yellow, this wine delights with its extremely intense and broad fragrance spectrum: white peach, apricot, spicy, floral notes of sage and jasmine offer a finesse of aromas. Delicate in body structure and with a nice acidity, this wine is racy and mineral on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine fish dishes, seafood, white poultry, vegetarian dishes with fresh herbs and mild soft cheese. It is also an excellent choice as a sophisticated aperitif.
