About the wine
Sunny and enchanting landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Obrist conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, strong Chasselas from 2017 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve these chasselas with terrines or an aperitif.

Tasting note
Intense floral (lily of the valley and violet scent) and fruity aromas, in particular of fruit with white flesh, e.g. vineyard peaches. Elegant, harmonious and lively, of beautiful length. Pale yellow with silver reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Vegetable terrine, perch and perch fillets, grilled chicken thighs, braised rabbit, quiche lorraine.
